Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Asking every customer for a review, the same way, is fine. Google does not allow asking only happy customers, or paying or giving gifts for reviews, and we do neither.
Do I need new software?
No. You send us a list of recent customers, names and emails. We do the rest and you don't learn anything new.
What if someone leaves a bad review?
We draft a calm, honest reply for you to read. You decide what gets posted.
Do you promise more reviews?
No one honest can promise that. Each month we show you what was sent, how many reviews came in, and your star rating before and after.
